The under 10's team slowly improved last season and we hope to
get a few good results this season.

must throw the ball out or kick from the floor, once the ball is on the floor it is live and the keeper can
be challenged for it.
It is not
permitted to kick from the hands (this is to prevent ping-pong between
goalkeepers).
